Great quality but ز doesn’t look like ز
There is still a long time until the Eid, but I have already bought the letter necklaces for my daughter and daughter-in-law. I have been given nominal as a gift many times before, I like its quality very much. But this was my first purchase. The letter ن is very beautiful, but ز does not look likeز at all. I just wanted to express that maybe it will be fixed in the future. thank you

The gold fades away and it becomes sterling silver, looks a bit weird because the chain is now silver and speckles of silver are appearing on the pendant :(

Do you use real gold?

Absolutely. We only use real gold plating on all of our gold pieces. Underneath, we use pure stainless steel so that you can wear this piece around water and sweat and never worry about any fading or tarnishing.

Our Rose Gold pieces have the same pure stainless steel base, and are coated with real gold, but blended with copper to achieve its gorgeous rose-colored hue.

Our Silver pieces are also made from pure stainless steel, and simply polished for that beautiful lifelong shine.

Men's pieces are all made with pure stainless steel for the same waterproof & sweatproof promise.

What is your return policy?

It's simple -- if you don't like your piece for any reason, you have 100 days to send it back for a full refund. Period. In the US, we'll even pay for your return label. Start your self-serve return right here and we'll take care of the rest.

Is there a warranty with my piece?

What length are your chains?

By default, our women's chains are made with a 16" chain with a built-in 6" extender for a total of 22 inches. This excludes chokers & custom pieces.

Men's necklaces are typically made on a 23" chain.
