This company is very unprofessional, the chains do not look the way it does in photos. The day I placed my order, the wrong colour one was selected and same day before the order was even shipped I reached out to the team a bunch of times to sort it out before shipping. Their response was to order another one and return this one, but I could not return it as it hadn't been been shipped. Another issue is the estimated delivering date, it is false advertisement, if the company means that they will ship it by that date they should clearly state that and not call it the estimated delivery date. And the biggest scam was getting charged for customs when picking up my package which was around $40. Overall the the costumer service is horrible, the chain was not the best quality, the process was terrible, the only good thing was the pendent itself.

Regarding the issue with editing or canceling orders, our fulfillment process is currently managed by a separate center. Unfortunately, this means we can't make changes to orders on our website after they've been placed. Any modifications we make wouldn't be reflected in the fulfillment center's system, and the orders would still be shipped as originally placed. In regards to your order's estimated delivery date, we understand the importance of clear communication. Your order was placed on September 20, shipped on September 22, and delivered on October 5. Since you selected ground shipping, which typically takes 6-9 business days to deliver, it seems that your order arrived on time according to the selected shipping method.

Absolutely. We only use real gold plating on all of our gold pieces. Underneath, we use pure stainless steel so that you can wear this piece around water and sweat and never worry about any fading or tarnishing.
Our Rose Gold pieces have the same pure stainless steel base, and are coated with real gold, but blended with copper to achieve its gorgeous rose-colored hue.
Our Silver pieces are also made from pure stainless steel, and simply polished for that beautiful lifelong shine.
Men's pieces are all made with pure stainless steel for the same waterproof & sweatproof promise.
It's simple -- if you don't like your piece for any reason, you have 100 days to send it back for a full refund. Period. In the US, we'll even pay for your return label. Start your self-serve return right here and we'll take care of the rest.
Absolutely. We cover every single piece we sell with a Lifetime Warranty against any rust or tarnish, with the exception of watches & our fine jewelry collection which contain a different warranty. Read above in the Materials & Warranty section to find exact details.
For standard jewelry, if you ever experience any fading on your jewelry, just e-mail us a photo and we'll get you taken care of.
By default, our women's chains are made with a 16" chain with a built-in 6" extender for a total of 22 inches. This excludes chokers & custom pieces.
Men's necklaces are typically made on a 23" chain.
